Alright so I figured I'd upload this because I am rather proud of it XD
It's not really a run cycle because it's more of a trot turning into a leaping run. lol I don't know what it is but it's 58 frames altogether. It's actually 21, but I loop it a few times.
This is from my animation of Heal. It's not complete because at the end she's supposed to turn, and slide sideways and look back. But I think I'm gonna color this first and then I'll work on that.
Critiques are welcome, but remember that I'm not prefect XD
And yes, I know the head shrinks a bit at one point. That will be fixed before I color it.
And the legs when it leaps, are tucked up and angled so that they look very small. I think I'll be fixing that as well before I color. XD
And keep in mind what the old one looked like XD [link]
I used a book of Muybridge photos as a ref for the legs btw.

Well, firstly, the animation frames seem to be enough and the lineart soft. That help to make the cycle more fluid. The cat is suffisaly detailed for a lineart animation, that give a good view of your skills (; In overall, the animation don't contain massive animation error (Such as growing head, dancing pixels and the like).

When the cat leap, the back paws seem a little too small. Not really critical... Anyway, also, the neck seem to become thinner in some frames, and thicker in some others... I don't know if it was intentionnal... Also, the tail look like it was getting smaller frame after frame. In the first (Or, what seem to be the first, since it is difficult to tell), the tail is thick, but become thinner in some others.

Finaly, I think the animation is pretty well done. If we compare to the old one, the difference is amazing, seriously. The number of mistakes I saw (In this new one) are very small, especially when we consider the number of frames that was used.
What do you think?

this animation is clearly a very well done one.
the reoson i put the impact so low was because all the cat in this animation dous is run.
you could have at LEAST made it do somthing else to like one simple leap and it would be a 5 star impact.
of course the tecnique, it is in very good detail
and originality is good to

so here is my critique and this is what i think.
i think this and i dont care if people get mad at me but it is really a good animation this is my critique.

wow, you are a very skilled animator. would you be willing to make a short animation, maybe a loop, to enter into an AMV about a character named Oakfire, that includes lots of different peoples short animations of him and his story! if you did, we would give you a proper share of the credit! =D
